A while back I was in Tokyo at the Shibuya crossing (渋谷交差点), it's a famous crossing that is shown in pretty much every movie that takes place in Japan
(think Lost in Translation, Resident Evil, etc).
Since there are several streets intersecting here, they don't stop traffic "one side at a time"
Rather they stop all traffic, and everyone goes all at once.
People tend to show the crossing from a top angle, but I thought it would be fun to show it from a first person perspective ...
It's was interesting to me in that Japan, in being of the most crowded places in the world, also felt like one of the loneliest.
Nowhere did anyone smile, or say hello. Every person was basically "lost in their own world....."
