鬍鬚張滷肉飯 - Formosa Chang
This week I'm in Taiwan again, and when I arrive, the first place I always go to is 鬍鬚張 or Formosa Chang in English. It's a very famous chain store in Taiwan that just serves very simple Taiwanese cuisine.

The restaurant is sort of analogous to MacDonald's in the US. It's all over Taiwan, and every store tastes the same. For many Taiwanese (like myself) when we return back, coming here really let's you experience the "Taste of Taiwan". Website link is below, and there is an English version of the site.
If you go to Taiwan, you really need to come here!!
Also note, as this is a local place most people don't speak English, and the menu's all in Chinese... so BE READY when you go.
